1. Acceptance and authority
Boundlearn, LLC is a limited liability company established in Delaware, United States. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you use boundlearn.com or a related Boundlearn website, form or service. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are under the age at which you can enter a binding agreement where you live, a parent or guardian must review and accept the relevant terms on your behalf.
If you act for a school, organisation or another person, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
2. Website information and program-specific agreements
These Terms govern the website and general services. Participation in a program may also be governed by an offer letter, enrolment agreement, payment terms, code of conduct, safeguarding requirements or program-specific terms. If a program-specific agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls for the relevant program.
3. Eligibility and applications
You must provide complete and accurate information when enquiring, applying or enrolling. Eligibility requirements, age ranges, prerequisites, required documents and application deadlines may vary by program. Submitting an application does not guarantee admission or reserve a place.
4. Admissions and program availability
Admissions decisions may consider eligibility, program fit, available capacity, safeguarding requirements and the information supplied in an application. We may request further information or decline an application. Programs, mentors, dates, locations and places remain subject to availability until enrolment is confirmed.
5. Fees, cancellations and refunds
Applicable fees, payment schedules, cancellation terms and refund rules will be provided before enrolment and may differ by program. You are responsible for paying agreed amounts by the stated deadlines. Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation, refund or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Program delivery and reasonable changes
We aim to deliver each program as described at the time of enrolment. Educational programs may require reasonable changes to schedules, content, speakers, mentors, venues, platforms or delivery format because of availability, safety, operational needs or events outside our reasonable control. Where a material change affects an enrolled participant, we will communicate it and explain any available options.
7. Participant conduct and safeguarding
Participants must treat other students, staff, mentors, partners and communities with respect; follow reasonable instructions, safety rules, safeguarding policies and codes of conduct; act honestly in academic and project work; and avoid harassment, discrimination, bullying, dangerous conduct or unlawful activity.
Concerns about safety or safeguarding should be reported promptly through the program contact provided. We may take immediate protective action where reasonably necessary.
8. Online participation and technology
For online services, participants are responsible for a suitable device, internet connection and a private, safe working environment. Login details and meeting links must not be shared. Recording a session, mentor or participant is prohibited unless Boundlearn and every person whose consent is required have given permission.
9. Intellectual property
Boundlearn and its licensors own the websites, program materials, branding, templates, graphics, videos, software and other content they provide, unless stated otherwise. We grant enrolled participants a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use program materials for their own learning. Materials may not be copied, sold, published, distributed, used to train a commercial system or exploited for another commercial purpose without written permission.
10. Student work, testimonials and publicity
Students retain ownership of original work they create, subject to any third-party, partner or client materials included in it. A program may need a limited permission to review, store, display or share work internally for teaching, assessment and administration. Any wider public or promotional use of a student’s work, name, image, testimonial or recording will require separate permission where required.
Participants must respect confidential information and intellectual property belonging to partners, clients, mentors and other students.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how Boundlearn collects and uses personal information. Cloudflare provides website hosting, network security, operational logs and privacy-first Web Analytics. Google Analytics 4 is optional and follows your consent choice; advertising features are disabled and form values are not sent to Analytics. A particular program may provide an additional privacy or consent notice.
You can review or change the optional analytics choice through . Withdrawing optional analytics consent does not affect access to the website or the validity of these Terms.
12. Third-party services and links
Programs and websites may use or link to services operated by Cloudflare, Google, partners, schools, universities, payment providers, video platforms or other third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply. Boundlearn is not responsible for third-party content or services outside its control.
13. Educational outcomes are not guaranteed
We work to provide high-quality learning experiences, but individual outcomes depend on participation, effort and other factors. Boundlearn does not guarantee admission to a school or university, a grade, publication, award, internship, employment, investment, client result or any other specific outcome unless an express written guarantee is included in a program-specific agreement.
14. Website availability and accuracy
We aim to keep website information accurate and services available, but content may contain errors or become out of date, and access may occasionally be interrupted. Important program details are confirmed in the materials or agreement supplied at enrolment.
15. Prohibited use
You must not misuse the website or services, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security or operation, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy substantial content without permission, impersonate another person, submit unlawful or harmful material, or use the services in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
16. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or end access to a website, service or program where a user materially breaches applicable terms or policies, creates a safety or safeguarding risk, fails to pay agreed fees, disrupts delivery or engages in unlawful conduct. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and any next steps. Program-specific cancellation and refund terms continue to apply.
17. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boundlearn is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of a website or service, or for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when our services, practices or legal obligations change. The revised Terms will be posted here with a new update date. If a material change affects an enrolled participant, the program-specific agreement and applicable law determine how that change applies.
19. Applicable law and disputes
The governing law and dispute process for an enrolled program will be stated in its program-specific agreement. For general website use, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any mandatory consumer rights or rights available under the law where you live remain unaffected. Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve a concern directly.
